A 50% retainer and a signed photo services agreement are requested to reserve your date and time.
Please make any rush request well in advance of photo session. Once photos are edited, and payment in full in made, client will receive the link to view and download photos.
All photography services are $500, plus tax, minimum.
LIFESTYLE/FULL PORTRAIT SESSION (1 person) $550, plus sales tax, on location (see location examples above) or in studio (additional fees apply to rent a studio). Up to 3 hours of photography, an online proof gallery to make your selections. This longer session time allows for variety in wardrobe and locations, etc.. This full portrait session is for the person who might enjoy being photographed, and who would prefer this time to be more relaxed, more thorough, to achieve a variety of exceptionally beautiful/handsome portraits of you. You could get your hair and makeup done beforehand, bring a few outfits, jewelry, bring a friend! Session is $500 if you bring a friend to assist us (fix stray hairs, adjust clothing, hold the flash or reflector for me). $250, plus sales tax, per additional hour of photography for this full portrait session. $30, plus sales tax, per additional finalized JPG and includes 1 revision per JPGs.
An online gallery to download all the best selections of the session will be made available within 7-10 business days after the portrait session. These photos will be prepared with a simple, authentic treatment. Five (5) finalized JPGs with higher level photo enhancements are delivered to you within about 7 days after you provide your selections to the photographer.
LARGE BUSINESS GROUPS If you & your coworkers would like to be photographed on the same day, please inquire regarding group pricing for staff/business photos.
FAMILY PORTRAIT SESSION (up to 10 people for this fee) $500, plus sales tax for approximately 30-45 minutes with me (inquire about larger groups/family reunions, etc.). All the best photos of the session are provided. Beauty retouching and advanced retouching (such as removing stray hairs, swapping heads in group photos) is an additional charge of approximately $30-$50 per JPG, plus sales tax. $250, plus sales tax, per additional hour of photography.
EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY $250/hour, two hour minimum, plus sales tax. Event photography includes optional on site pre-planning, photography services on the day of the event by Sheryl Lanzel (1 photographer), a password protected online gallery of carefully curated best and finalized JPG selections (at photographer’s discretion) for viewing, sharing and downloading. Beauty retouching is not included in event photography.
COMMERCIAL & ADVERTISING & EDITORIAL & LIFESTYLE Please contact me for a quote, as this fee is dependent upon usage, number of days, etc.
FAQ
PHOTO ENHANCEMENTS/RETOUCHING Authentic & timeless imagery is the focus, and editing/processing takes place on each and every photograph that is delivered to the client (color, vibrance, contrast, cropping, etc.). Additional photo enhancements, such as beauty retouching (removing stray hairs, whitening teeth, etc.) is charged at $30-$50 plus sales tax per JPG, with up to 1 revision per JPG. Beauty retouching is *not* included for event photos or family photos, as people are farther from the camera, we are usually outside, it's more casual, etc.
DELIVERABLES You'll receive print resolution JPGs via a password protected online gallery, or via WeTransfer, and you have the photographer’s permission to print photos, and utilize photos online. Photographer retains copyright.
DELIVERY TIME For each hour of photography an hour or more of post-processing takes place (organization, saving and editing). You can expect your event photos or portrait session photos to be delivered within approximately 7-10 business days. If you request a *RUSH* delivery, additional fees apply. Please inform photographer before booking to be sure schedule permits a rush delivery that week. Thank you!
SAVING JPGs delivered to the client must be downloaded and saved/backed-up by the client to additional media owned by the client - i.e. save JPGs to more than one hard drive, external drives, flash drives, various computers, email them to yourself, save to the Cloud (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.). It is the responsibility of the client to store these photos for easy retrieval and safe-keeping. A friendly suggestion is to handle these photos as you would your favorite pair of shoes - Neimans won't find those shoes for you if you happen to misplace them :)
An archival fee of $100+tax will be charged each time final images are requested by client, retrieved and provided to client by the photographer, after initial delivery.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All photos/JPGs from all photo sessions and events will be discarded by the photographer 3 months from the date of delivery of photos. By booking and sitting for a portrait photo session, and/or booking the photographer for an event, and payment of fees, the client agrees to carefully save these JPGs to multiple places and understands photos will be discarded by photographer. Additionally, he online gallery *is not* hosted in perpetuity.

ADDITIONAL FEES
TX sales tax, rush fees (please request a rush well in advance) will be applied to final invoice & travel fees will be applied to your final invoice for events being held at locations 25+ miles outside of area code 75201.
