MINI HEADSHOT SESSION (1 person) $250, plus sales tax, on location downtown Dallas, a park, your place, your office, my office, gray background, white background, etc, quick and easy. Timing is approximately 30-45 minutes with me, an online proof gallery to make your selections, or make selections in person with me if we are inside. Two (2) finalized JPGs are provided to you within about 5-7 days after you provide your selections, oftentimes delivery is sooner. This session is perfect for a business website, business cards, LinkedIn, dating sites, etc. $30, plus sale tax, per additional JPG. Session is $200, plus sales tax, if you bring a family member/friend to assist us (fix stray hairs, adjust clothing, hold the flash or reflector for me). If you have a large group, or you & your coworkers would like to be photographed on the same day, please inquire regarding group pricing for headshots.
FULL PORTRAIT SESSION (1 person) $500, plus sales tax, in studio or on location (downtown Dallas, a park, your place, your office, my office, gray background, white background, etc.). Up to 2.5 hours with me, an online proof gallery to make your selections. Five (5) finalized JPGs are delivered to you within about 5-7 days after you provide your selections to the photographer (oftentimes delivery is sooner). Two and a half hours together allows for variety in wardrobe and location, etc. This is for the person who might enjoy being photographed, and who would prefer this time to be more relaxed, more thorough, to achieve a variety of exceptionally beautiful/handsome portraits of you. You could get your hair and makeup done, bring a few outfits, jewelry, bring a friend! Session is $400 if you bring a friend to assist us (fix stray hairs, adjust clothing, hold the flash or reflector for me). $150, plus sales tax, per additional hour of photography for this full portrait session. $30, plus sales tax, per additional finalized JPG.
FAMILY PORTRAIT SESSION $400, plus sales tax for approximately 30-45 minutes with me, for families of 10 or fewer (inquire about larger groups/family reunions, etc.) All the best photos of the session are provided to families. Beauty retouching and advanced retouching (such as swapping heads in group photos) is an additional charge of approximately $30-$50 per JPG, plus sales tax. $150, plus sales tax, per additional hour of photography.
EVENTS $400 for the first hour, $200 each additional hour, plus sales tax. Event photography includes optional on site pre-planning, photography services on the day of the event by Sheryl Lanzel (1 photographer), a password protected online gallery of final JPG selections (at photographer’s discretion) for viewing, sharing, downloading, and print purchase. An additional photographer may be hired for an additional fee. Please inform me as soon as you know if you’d like an additional professional photographer to be at your event (an additional photographer is suggested for events with over 200 guests). Weddings are quoted per client based on the number of locations to be covered (getting ready, ceremony, reception, portrait location), guest total, total hours, etc.
WEDDINGS $400 for the first hour, $300 per additional hour, plus sales tax, and includes print resolution JPGs for you, your family, friends, and guests to download too. An optional on-site pre-planning meeting is included as is an Engagement Photo Session. An engagement session is a delightful way for us to get to know one another, so that the first time we work together isn’t on the wedding day. You’ll learn how to just be yourself in front of the camera, and just be yourself with me.
Please understand - weddings are priced higher than a typical event to compensate the photographer for the beautiful importance of the day — you’ll have someone who’ll remain calm (me), someone with 16+ years experience, hundreds of weddings photographed, the right character, demeanor, and joyousness. Weddings are also priced higher because of the strong possibility of multiple locations, which is often the case.
Many wedding photographers charge for albums, or include them in their pricing, and/or charge guests per download of the photos. I do not and will not upsell you, and please note that I do not design or sell wedding albums. You’ll have the opportunity to design your own album and print these photos on your own. Also, in most cases, I will have your wedding photos edited and delivered to you within 2 weeks of your wedding.
COMMERCIAL/LIFESTYLE/ADVERTISING Please contact me for a quote, as this fee is dependent upon usage, etc.
PHOTO ENHANCEMENTS/RETOUCHING Authentic & timeless imagery is the focus, and editing/processing takes place on each and every photograph that is delivered to the client (color, vibrance, contrast, cropping, etc.). Additional image processing, such as beauty retouching (removing stray hairs, whitening teeth, etc.) is charged at $30 per JPG with up to 1 revision per JPG. Advanced retouching/photo manipulation is charged at $50 per image with up to 1 revision per JPG. Beauty retouching is only included on the paid for selections for portrait/headshot session. Beauty retouching is not included for event photos.
DELIVERABLES You will receive print resolution JPGs via a password protected online gallery, or via WeTransfer, and you have the photographer’s permission to print photos, and utilize photos online. Photographer retains all copyright to all photography provided to the client.

TX sales tax, rush fees (please request this well in advance) and travel fees (applied at 20+ miles outside of 75201) are not included in the the base rates.
